Michael's isn't a concept or a brand. It's a small shop on West Lodi Avenue where Michael, Nancy, and Mollie have been quietly looking after their neighbors for years — cutting hair, shaping beards, and doing the kind of nails that you book six weeks out, every six weeks, because your manicurist already knows what you like.
Some of our clients have been coming since they were kids. Some bring their own kids now. The price stays fair, the conversation picks up where it left off, and nobody ever rushes you out the door.
